Operation and maintenance of an incinerator
As a standard, we provide 4 weeks training in operation and maintenance of the incinerator.After hand-over of the plant to the operator, we can provide local maintenance and assist our clients with transfering operational knowledge. Because we realize that an incinerator has become increasingly sofisticated due to changing laws and the search for better performances and efficiencies, we can offer our clients full service contracts ranging from simple maintenance to complete plant operation.
Full maintenance program
Consisting in regularly (planned) inspections,assistance during scheduled maintenance,advise during plant operation,immediate assistance during emergency shut downs,supply of spare parts,on line diagnose and - service, remote assistance (via Eternet).
Operational assistance
Consisting of regular visits to advise the plant operators, to train them, to diagnose and to change operation parameters on line.
Scheduled maintenance
Scheduled interventions for keeping the plant in good condition, either in replacement or in cooperation with the owners team. Regular checking on line of all plant parameters.
Guaranteed plant availability
Full service guarantee for keeping the plant in top condition.This service comprises all foregoing programs,but includes for supplying any spare part and/or the replacement of any plant items,in case of failure.This service is an extension of the plant guarantee (DLP) and covers a guaranteed plant availability during 7500 hours per year.
Spare parts management
This sevice includes delivery of any spare part to site,within the shortest delays.We guarantee the availability of any plant item during 5 years after hand over. |
